Glitched continues to develop the festival experience and can now proudly present a brand new feature for 2026: FUZED Trophy™, a unique tournament where gaming is combined with physical activity.
FUZED Trophy is a nationwide competition for children and young people where teams compete in an innovative triathlon consisting of Football, gaming (FC26) and LEGO battle. The format is based on collaboration, creativity and energy, where both digital and physical skills determine the winner.
What makes the venture particularly important is that participation is completely free, which means that more children and young people get the opportunity to experience Jönköping and Glitched on-site and become part of the festival.
“For us, it's about creating a balance where gaming doesn't replace movement, but enhances it. By combining the best of both worlds, we get children and young people to both play and be active, which is crucial for a sustainable future.” says Christoffer Melin from Glitched
A new type of competition at Glitched
During Glitched 2026, the FUZED Trophy will engage a brand-new target audience at the festival. Teams of players aged 10–13 will compete together in mixed-gender teams, where both girls and boys participate on equal terms.
The tournament is decided over several rounds where points are collected from each event.
In addition to the competition, the area will also be open for visitors to try out activities, making it a vibrant meeting place for both participants and the public.

Why FUZED chooses Glitched and Jönköping
- “Glitched is one of Sweden's most exciting meeting places for gaming culture. For us, it's the perfect environment to take the FUZED Trophy to the next level, where we can reach the right target audience and inspire even more young people to combine gaming with physical activity.” says Jimmy Sandberg at FUZED.
With this investment, Glitched, together with Destination Jönköping, takes another step in broadening the festival and creating experiences that not only entertain, but also make a difference.
– “Through the FUZED Trophy initiative at Glitched, opportunities are created for more children and young people to participate in an innovative and accessible meeting place in Jönköping, where gaming and physical activity interact. At the same time, the initiative strengthens the event's appeal and helps attract a broader audience, further solidifying Jönköping's position as a relevant and growing event destination“, says Daniel Tidstrand, events developer, Destination Jönköping.
