We are proud to present the GCF Championships x Speltrollet, two major tournaments that will take place during Glitched Card Festival at Elmia in Jönköping on 12–14 June.
During the festival weekend, some of Sweden's top players will compete for glory, titles, and a total of prize pool of over 60,000 SEK.
Pokémon Championship – Saturday 13 June
On Saturday 13th June, Pokémon TCG will be in the spotlight as 64 players take to the competition to battle their way all the way to the final. After an intensive day of Swiss rounds and playoffs, the top players will face off in a grand final played live on stage in front of an audience.
Riftbound Championship – Sunday 14 June
On Sunday, 14 June, it's time for Riftbound players to step forward. Here too, the number of places is limited to 64 participants, and just like in the Pokémon tournament, the final will be played on stage in front of festival-goers from all over the Nordic region.
Finals on stage
One of the highlights of the GCF Championships is that the finals are played on the festival's stage, where on-site audiences will have the opportunity to follow the matches live. For the players, it means a chance to compete for the title in front of a large audience and become part of the festival's most prestigious moments.
Limited number of places
Both tournaments are limited to 64 participants and interest is expected to be high. We therefore recommend that anyone who wants to secure their place should register as soon as possible.
A big thank you to Speltrollet for making this tournament and prize pool possible!
