Road to Glitched
On Saturday 30 May, FightBox 3 was held in Trollhättan. A day filled with camaraderie, competition and a passion for fighting games. The event was organised by the dedicated members of FGC Trollhättan, a gaming club that, since 2016, has created an open and welcoming meeting place for gaming enthusiasts, regardless of age, gender or skill level.
The theme of FightBox 3 was ”Road to Glitched”, a pilot collaboration between Glitched and local fighting game communities. The initiative aims to strengthen and promote the Swedish fighting game scene at grassroots level, with the goal of making Glitched the go-to meeting place where members from Sweden’s various fighting game clubs can meet, compete and socialise in person.
As part of the initiative, the winners of Saturday’s Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 tournaments won tickets to this year’s Glitched. Ahead of upcoming events, we want to organise more Road to Glitched tournaments across the country and collaborate with even more local fighting game clubs.
See you on Glitched!
