In collaboration with Black Molly Entertainment we are now presenting the summer's big Counter-Strike 2 tournament: ROG Journey Summer 2026. The tournament takes place during Glitched on June 12–14 and has a total prize pool of SEK 200,000.
ROG Journey Summer 2026 is the third stop in the Journey series and an official VRS Tier 2 tournament. Following last year's Glitched Masters, we are continuing our commitment to professional esports with open registration, where both established teams and new talents are given the opportunity to compete on equal terms!
Tournament format and participation
The tournament comprises a total of 32 teams. The allocation of places is as follows:
- 30 places are available for direct application on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 2 places added via an open BYOC quality on-site in Jönköping on Friday 12 June.
The eight highest-ranked teams go directly into a Double Elimination playoff bracket, played as best-of-3 (BO3). The remaining 24 teams play an initial group stage in a best-of-1 (BO1) format, where the top eight qualify for the main tournament.
Technical requirements
All matches in the main tournament will be played in a dedicated tournament area. To ensure VRS standards, we are providing hardware consisting of Intel i7 12700K processors, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics cards, and 240Hz BenQ monitors. Participating teams will also have access to practice computers throughout their involvement in the tournament.
Price and distribution
The total prize pool is SEK 200,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 21,000) and is divided between the top eight teams:
- 1st place: 10,000 USD
- 2nd place: 4,000 USD
- 3rd–4th place: 2,000 USD
- 5th–8th place: 750 USD
Information on registration
Registration opens on 14 April at 12:00 CEST. For participating teams, we offer two different participation packages:
- Tournament Package A (SEK 12,000): Includes tournament spot, entry for six people, and access to tournament computers.
- Tournament Package B (SEK 32,000): Includes, in addition to Package A, hotel accommodation, catering (lunch/dinner) and local transport.
