INTEGRITY POLICY

Last updated: 2026-09-15

This policy describes how we Glitched process your personal data – when you visit glitched.se, when you queue to buy tickets, when you purchase a ticket and when you interact with us on social media.

We have tried to write it so that it is actually readable. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us.

1. Who is responsible

Glitched AB, registration number 559496-8256Myntgatan 13, 553 32 Jönköping. Email: gdpr@glitched.se

We are the data controller for the processing described below. This means that we decide why and how your data is used — and we are the person you contact if you want something changed or deleted.

2. What data we collect

When you queue up for a ticket release
Name, email address and phone number. You submit them either in a form on glitched.se or directly in Facebook or Instagram. In the latter case, the fields are filled with the data from your account — you can change them before submitting.

When you buy a ticket
Ticket sales are handled by Tickster, which is a separate provider with its own Privacy policy. We receive back the data needed to administer your visit: name, contact details, ticket type and any choices you made, such as district or computer location. We never see your card or payment details.

When you visit glitched.se
IP address, approximate location, device and browser, which pages you view and how you got there. This is done through cookies and similar technologies, and only to the extent you have consented in our cookie banner. See section 9.

When you interact with us on social media
If you follow us, watch our videos, comment on them, or click on an ad, that information is recorded on the platform. We can use that information to show relevant ads, but we never know who you are as an individual — just that there is a group with a certain behavior.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect what has already been sent, but after that we will not contact you again. See section 8.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have determined that our interest in running and developing the event outweighs the interference with your privacy. You can always object to this processing.

4. SMS and email

When you queue up for a ticket release, you make an active choice to receive a reminder. We then send you a confirmation that you are in line, reminders before the release, and a message when the tickets are released.

We never sell your email address or phone number. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and every SMS can be answered to stop more from being sent.

5. Who is allowed to access the data

We share data with providers who help us run our business. They are only allowed to process the data according to our instructions and only for the purposes we have specified: Tickster (ticket system), Meta (advertising and targeting), our email provider, our SMS provider, as well as web and analytics providers for operations and statistics.

We also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Target groups in Meta

To show ads to the right people, we upload email addresses and phone numbers to Meta in encrypted form. Meta compares them with their own users and creates a target audience. Neither we nor Meta can read the data out of that process, and Meta cannot use it for their own purposes.

We also use the target groups to create so-called lookalikes — groups of people who resemble our visitors but for whom we have no information.

If you do not want to participate in this, you can either choose not to consent to marketing cookies, or manage the settings directly with Meta under Ad Settings.

6. Transfer outside the EU/EEA

Some of our suppliers, primarily Meta, process data in the United States. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the European Commission’s decision on an adequate level of protection (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the EU standard contractual clauses, supplemented by technical safeguards.

7. How long we store your data

8. Your rights

You have the right to know what information we have about you and to receive a copy, correct any information that is incorrect, delete information that we no longer have a reason to keep, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and always oppose direct marketing, restrict the processing while a matter is investigated, move your data to someone else, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Contact gdpr@glitched.se and we will resolve the issue. We will respond within one month.

If you believe that we are handling your data incorrectly, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY), imy.se.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to be able to advertise. Those that are not necessary for operation are set first when you accept them in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time and delete cookies in your browser.

10. Children and young people

Glitched is an event for all ages, and many of our visitors are under 18. We never target ads at people under 18.

If you are under 13 years old, a guardian must approve before you provide us with your information. If we learn that we have collected information about a child under 13 without such approval, we will delete it.

11. Changes

We update this policy when the business changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
