The second edition of Glitched came to a close this morning, Monday 15 June, following a successful weekend at Elmia in Jönköping. The festival attracted a total of 21,237 visitors over the weekend, a rise of no less than 41% compared with its inaugural year in 2025. Glitched has thus cemented its position as Sweden’s largest and most dynamic LAN and gaming festival.
With 2,113 filled computer seats in the LAN area, the festival set a new record and cemented its position as the country's largest LAN. Visitors enjoyed a broad and inclusive experience that brought together everyone from hardcore LAN gamers and e-sports enthusiasts to families, cosplayers, and trading card game fans.
”We are overwhelmed by the response from both visitors and partners. In just two years, Glitched has become the go-to hub for Swedish gaming culture. The 41% growth and the official figures of 21,237 visitors show that the community loves what we are building together – a modern, inclusive and record-breaking LAN where everyone feels welcome.”, says Martin Öjes, one of the founders of Glitched.
